Welcome the 4th Edition of much awaited Real Estate Awards; “The Golden Brick Awards”
After consequently celebrating the artistry and entrepreneurship of professionals and entrepreneurs from top notch real estate organizations, Phoenix Expovent in association with Worldwide Federation of International Real Estate Investors proudly announces the 4th edition of “The Golden Brick Awards 2019”.
Started with the vision to empower and accolade the efforts and virtuosity of real estate professionals, architects, designers, and developers; The Golden Brick Awards is the first ever real estate awards show that is organised on a foreign land i.e. outside India.
The award show is not restricted to only appreciating the endeavors of real estate industry but is a magnificent platform to network and advertise among the supreme group of individuals welcomed by Phoenix from divergent regions of India.
The first successful edition of the show was held on 9th April, 2016 in the City above clouds, Dubai. Phoenix graciously accepted over 700+ nominations from across India in its first attempt which empowered it to successfully move on to the thought of organizing the second edition and third edition of the show on 5th October, 2017 and 28th September 2018 respectively. Both the shows were graced by the presence of His Excellency "Suhail Mohd Al Zarooni" as the Chief Guest of the ceremony. The shows also registered the presence of Guest of Honour Mr. Sultan Al Rasheed Lootah - Managing partner Vault Investments, Chairman at Vietgate General Trading L.L.C and MD at Sultan Lootah Petroleum. The esteemed host for both events were Dr. Romesh Japra, Chairman of Federation of Indian Associations of Northern California, The founder and Convener of the Festival of Globe Silicon Valley.
The evolution with such success was how fast the digits from 500+ changed to 1000+ nominations in the third edition received across 125 real estate awards categories. The Major winners were Godrej Properties, Ambience Group, Central Park Group, M3M, DLF and many more.
